Let's hear a little bit about the driver - What's your name and where are you from?
My name is Charlie Nursey. I’m from High Wycombe, UK.
What got you into modifying cars and what kept you in it?
My dad mainly. He modified his own cars whilst I was growing up and one of his BMWs has a front page feature in Performance BMW. Ever since then I was hooked on cars. As soon as I was old enough to get a job I was straight in the motor trade and soon after, motorsport. I’m mechanically minded so I can’t see myself stopping anytime soon!
Ok ok ok... Tell us about your ride, what is it?
It’s a 2004 Volkswagen Golf Mk4 R32
Exterior Mods?
Custom OEM+ headlights, US Spec rear lights, rear bumper extensions, side skirt extensions, front bumper splitter, Bora R bumper fog light grills, carbon laminated mirror covers, composite wider front wings, BBS LM alloys, BC Racing coilovers with Bags air conversion and Airlift 3P management, Porsche front brakes, bigger rear brakes, full Milltek exhaust
Interior Mods?
Other than an Alpine Apple car play head unit, nothing has changed for the interior.. yet
Anything special under the hood?
Still stock other than a painted intake manifold. Big things are on their way though🐌
What are some things you've done to your car that others might not notice?
Taken the time to powder coat and polybush both front and rear subframes, along with all suspension components
Anything else you'd like to add? (could be about anything)
The R32 is my daily so it’s not perfect but it gives me the chance to interact with and meet great people with similar interests. So no matter how many times it breaks on me or how much it costs me, I’m grateful for it.
Great job great car keep up the good work
